Instructions – to play slideshow open the link then, choose either starting image, or a slideshow option link and click with left mouse button. If you choose a starting image, no plug-ins are required. Click on any image to start, click on the << or >> to navigate  and click on the image to end the slideshow. With this basic viewer it only shows the page you are on, so you have to close and change to the next page. The more sophisticated plug-ins make viewing all the images possible. Click on the image to close the viewer.

If you want an enhanced experience consider installing the Cool iris browser plug-in – check your compatibility using this link.

PicLens is compatible with the Cooliris browser plug-in. The plug-in enables the cool-iris effect of choosing the photo you want to see from a 3-D wall or view a slideshow of the images. Very slick 3-D navigation of images.

Mac users see Tech Notes 2 below.

RAW Processing by Unidentified Flying RAW  (UFR) plug-in, Photo prep using The Gimp on Ubuntu Linux computer.
Tech Notes: I am using the NextGen Photo Gallery plug-in with the Image Rotator add-on. There is a 3-D option that requires a Cooliris browser plug-in.

Tech update 2: Mac user this info from the Cool Iris site. This worked for me. Now the PicLens option opens the Cooliris plug-in and the navigation is 3-D.

Some Mac users report launching Cooliris brings up a blank screen and hitting ESC crashes the browser. If you have an Intel-based Mac, turn off Rosetta emulation. To do so, open your applications window, click the browser icon once to highlight it, and then hit Command-I to get an info box. Uncheck “Open using Rosetta.”

Now to try it with Windows and other browsers. Let me know your experience.
